Refund policy


Refer to Win-Won Business Consulting Corp. "Terms of Service" for definitions.

Non-Refundable:

Any "Services", including "Software", provided or completed by Win-Won are considered non-refundable. 

"The Reflector Portal ™ - Business Assessment Tool" is proprietary software that is licensed to clients. The purchase, activation, and use of the "Software" by the client is considered final and non-refundable.

Considerations & Exceptions:

Clients have a reasonable expectation to notify Win-Won of any "Services" or "Software" performance issues that they identify. Win-Won will undertake remedial actions on a best efforts basis to rectify any non-performance of its "Services" or "Software", or to provide a resolution that is agreeable to both parties.

In circumstances whereby the client and Win-Won are unable to reach a resolution, the client may request refund under the following:

  1. Technical & Performance Issues - the "Services" or "Software" fails to function or perform as intended
  2. Accessibility - the client is unable to access or activate the "Services" or "Software"
  3. Other - the client may request refund due to unexpected circumstances or events that prohibit them from being able to use the "Services" or "Software"

Return & Refund Window:

Clients have 15 days from the date of purchase, or upon receipt of invoice or statement of work, to initiate the return and refund process.

Return & Refund Process:

All requests should be submitted in writing to info@winwonbc.com

Win-Won will review all requests and provide a written follow up to the client. We may request further information or consultation to assist with resolution, which may include full refund, or a settlement of partial refund.

If a refund is approved, the client be refunded within 10 business days.
